Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We offer a hassle free returns policy at Spellsports. If you would like to return your item you may do so within 30 days from date of purchase. Please send any returns using a recorded delivery service so a signature may be obtained upon safe receipt as we cannot be held liable for any returns lost or damaged during transit.

Please enclose your ebay user ID name and item number inside the return package to verify details so we can contact you upon safe receipt.
If a refund is preferred, a refund will be issued within 3 days of receipt of returned item - if for any reason you have not received your refund after 3 days please contact us as promptly as possible, so we can look into the matter.
If you would like an exchange of your purchased item, and the required size is available in stock, we will post out the exchange upon receipt of any incurring additional costs - these include p&p costs for return or differences in total outstanding. Please ensure all returns are sent in their original condition as; unworn, in the original box, intact with all tags & packaging - otherwise refunds maybe delayed.
If an incorrect item has been received - we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to you by this. Please contact us at the earliest convenience to notify us about this so we can rectify this error. In this instance, all postage costs will be refunded back to the buyer upon receipt of the return and the correct item will be posted out promptly.
If an item has been received that is faulty or marked in any way we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the item so we can look into the matter. The item must be in the same condition as sent. If the item is to be returned - all the above conditions of our returns policy must be fulfilled. If the returned item has been used or been received beyond the 14 days return date we will notify the supplier about the situation. In these circumstances, please note the suppliers decision will be final upon the resolution of the case. If an item has been returned back to us as undelivered or the registered address is incorrect, we will post the item out again upon receipt of additional postage costs.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at spellsports@yahoo.co.uk and send your item to: 66 houghton street Liverpool GB L1 1LP.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
